A NOISY time was had by all in Graylingwell Park last weekend.

The Noise Project Family Fun day at Graylingwell Park brought the local community at Graylingwell and Summersdale together on Saturday (June 8).

It was the first project organised by the Graylingwell Park Youth Ambassadors for Immanuel Church.

More than 500 adults and children enjoyed a performance by the New Community Rock choir, Inflatables, sumo wrestling, art workshop and a free barbeque and ice creams.

Immanuel church ran the day as part of the project, which is made up of a group of people from churches in the Chichester area to provide community projects using volunteers.

The youth ambassadors, all aged between 12 and 17, have been recruited from the community and are funded by Affinity Sutton and

Chichester Community Development Trust.

Over the next year they will gain experience in working and supporting the community, running events, and consulting with other young people to give them a voice in the community.
