Driver caught doing almost double the speed limit on road in Chichester

'Due to community concerns', police officers conducted speed gun checks on Stane Street in the early hours.

Chichester Police said a total of five Traffic Offence Reports (TORs) were issued to speeding motorists.

The highest speed was 56mph in the 30mph zone, police confirmed.
