Lee McRickus, 43, of Somerset Gardens, Bognor Regis, was fined £450 and must pay £34 victim surcharge, £200 costs, after admitting harassment by making unwanted contact and messaging via mobile, appearing uninvited at locations where the victim was present, and leaving items outside the home between December 7, 2019, and January 31, 2020. He was also given a restraining order.

Jeremy Powell, 33, of Wythering Close, Pagham, must pay £125 compensation after admitting stealing meat, household and medicine products worth £125 from The Co-op, Selsey, on September 26, 2020. He also admitted stealing chocolate, alcohol and meat worth £114.18 from The Co-op, Selsey, on October 10, 2020, no separate penalty.

Justyna Wichert, 29, of Fish Lane, Bognor Regis, was fined £323 and must pay £34 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting drink-driving (63mg of alcohol in 100ml of breath) in Shripney Road, Bognor Regis, on March 6, 2021. She was disqualified from driving for 17 months.

Andrew Loraine, 55, of Pinehurst Park, Aldwick, was fined £120 and must pay £34 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting drink-driving (66mg of alcohol in 100ml of breath) on the A27 Shoreham on March 12, 2021. He was disqualified from driving for 17 months.

Charlie Wilson, 24, of Kings Road, Lancing, was given a community order with rehabilitation activity requirement and must carry out 60 hours’ unpaid work after admitting drink-driving (74mg of alcohol in 100ml of breath) on the A27 Fontwell on March 26, 2021; failing to stop after an accident in which damage was caused to a lamppost on the A27 Fontwell on March 26, 2021; and possessing cannabis, a class B drug, in Fontwell on March 26, 2021. He must pay £95 victim surcharge, £85 costs, and was disqualified from driving for 20 months. He also admitted using a vehicle with substantial accident damage, involving a danger of injury to another person, on the A27 Fontwell on March 26, 2021, no separate penalty.

Julie Goddard, 48, of Belmont Road, Sutton, was fined £769 and must pay £76 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting drink-driving (58mg of alcohol in 100ml of breath) in Midhurst Road, Fernhurst, on November 1, 2020. She was disqualified from driving for 18 months.

Edward Biddle, 34, of Harbour View Road, Pagham, was given a community order and must carry out 200 hours’ unpaid work after admitting assault by beating in Bognor Regis on September 21, 2020. He must pay £250 compensation, £95 victim surcharge, £85 costs.

Andrew Hoare, 25, of Oaks Close, Fernhurst, was fined £272 and must pay £34 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting failing to provide a specimen of breath for analysis when required in Worthing on December 26, 2020. He was disqualified from driving for 12 months.

Nicole Feast, 36, of Castle Road, Whistable, was fined £120 and must pay £34 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting drug-driving (16ug/l cocaine) in Upper Bognor Road, Bognor Regis, on May 29, 2020. She also admitted drug-driving (800ug/l benzoylecgonine) in Upper Bognor Road, Bognor Regis, on May 29, 2020, no separate penalty. She was fined £120 and must pay £85 costs after admitting drug-driving (greater than 200ug/l benzoylecgonine) on the A2 Ospringe on July 26, 2020. She was disqualified from driving for 18 months.

Stuart Muggeridge, 41, of Ilex Way, Bognor Regis, was fined £367 and must pay £37 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting drug-driving (36ug/l cocaine) in Sompting Road, at the junction with the A27 in Worthing, on April 14, 2020. He was disqualified from driving for 12 months.

Cidney Greenshields, 27, of Byron Road, Worthing, was fined £60 and must pay £32 victim surcharge, £300 costs, after being found guilty of stealing clothing worth £87.94 from TK Maxx, Chichester, on December 12, 2019. She was fined £60 after being found guilty of stealing two bottles of gin worth £50 from Marks and Spencer, Chichester, on January 29, 2020. She was fined £60 after being found guilty of stealing alcohol worth £50 from Morrisons Bognor Regis on April 29, 2020. She admitted failing to surrender to custody at Brighton Magistrates’ Court on April 13, 2021, no separate penalty.

Laura McCollough, 36, of The Mainline Rooms, Whyke Road, Chichester, was discharged conditionally for six months after admitting failing to comply with a community protection notice by attending Station Store, Southgate, Chichester, on February 14, 2021, and being drunk in a public place; stealing a bottle of wine worth £6.49 from Southdown Buildings, Southgate, Chichester, on February 14, 2021; stealing two bottles of wine from The Co-op, Spitalfield Lane, Chichester, on March 19, 2021; and failing to comply with a community protection notice by being under the influence of alcohol in a public place in East Street, Chichester, on March 20, 2021. She must pay £6.49 compensation, £22 victim surcharge.

Michael Carew, 26, of The Old Mill, River Road, Arundel, was fined £496 and must pay £49 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting drink-driving (85mg of alcohol in 100ml of blood) on the A27 Arundel on September 13, 2020. He was disqualified from driving for 14 months.

Nikki Spalding, 37, of Barrack Lane, Bognor Regis, was fined £323 and must pay £34 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting drug-driving (not less than 800 ug/l benzoylecgonine) at the Esso Garage, Felpham Way, Bognor Regis, on October 8, 2020. She also admitted drug-driving (not less than 20 ug/l cocaine) at the Esso Garage, Felpham Way, Bognor Regis, on October 8, 2020, no separate penalty. She was disqualified from driving for 18 months.

Daniel Johnson, 28, of Sutherland Close, Littlehampton, was fined £120 and must pay £34 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting drug-driving (60ug/l cocaine) in Charles Purley Way, Bognor Regis, on June 10, 2020. He also admitted two further charges of drug-driving (800ug/l benzoylecgonine and 3.2ug/l Delta-9-THC) in Charles Purley Way, Bognor Regis, on June 10, 2020, no separate penalties. He was disqualified from driving for 18 months.
