Mark Brazil, 22, of Lloyd Road, Chichester, was given a community order and Building Better Relationships programme requirement and rehabilitation activity requirement, and must carry out 200 hours’ unpaid work after admitting harassment, with fear of violence, being verbally aggressive on February 7, 2021, making threats to cut on February 16, 2021, and persistently phoning with threats to cut the throat on February 18, 2021. He must pay £95 victim surcharge, £85 costs.

Joshua Mora-Richards, 34, of Pond Close, Billingshurst, was given a community order and must carry out 100 hours’ unpaid work after admitting drink-driving (102mg of alcohol in 100ml of breath) in Preston Drove, Brighton, on February 6, 2021. He must pay £95 victim surcharge, £85 costs, and was disqualified from driving for 26 months.

Kevin Readman, 63, of Guildford Road, Loxwood, was discharged conditionally for 18 months and must pay £22 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting having a blade, a large kitchen knife, at Shell Service Station on the A3 Liphook on August 20, 2020, without good reason.

Nazmul Miah, 40, of St James Square, Chichester, must pay £60 costs after admitting breaching a community order by failing to attend appointments on September 22 and October 10, 2020. The order was varied to include an additional five days’ rehabilitation activity requirement.

Victoria Bent, 43, of Taylors Close, Yapton, was fined £300 and must pay £34 victim surcharge, £90 costs, after admitting under the single justice procedure driving over the 30mph speed limit in Lower Street, Pulborough, on June 13, 2020. Her driving record was endorsed with six points.

Emma Windsor, 45, of Park Crescent, Worthing, was fined £120 and must pay £34 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting drink-driving (80mg of alcohol in 100ml of breath) in Grafton Road, Chichester, on November 7, 2020. She was disqualified from driving for 18 months.

Jaroslaw Kocik, 43, of Eastlands, Albert Road, Bognor Regis, was fined £200 and must pay £34 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting drink-driving (72mg of alcohol in 100ml of breath) in Albert Road, Bognor Regis, on September 27, 2020. He was disqualified from driving for 18 months.

Anzej Stasevskij, 28, of Oak Close, Bognor Regis, was given a community order and must carry out 120 hours’ unpaid work after admitting drink-driving (101mg of alcohol in 100ml of breath) in Longford Road, Bognor Regis, on September 27, 2020. He was disqualified from driving for 44 months. He also admitted driving without insurance and without the correct licence, no separate penalties.

Alexander Porter, 41, of High Street, Selsey, was fined £120 and must pay £34 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting drug-driving (not less than 30ug/l cocaine) in Church Lane, Climping, on May 12, 2020. He was disqualified from driving for 12 months. He also admitted drug-driving (not less than 629ug/l benzoylecgonine) in Church Lane, Climping, on May 12, 2020, no separate penalty.

Hubert Muszynski, 32, of Ockley Road, Bognor Regis, was fined £120 and must pay £34 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting drug-driving (4.1ug/l Delta-9-THC) in Ockley Road, Bognor Regis, on April 26, 2020. He was disqualified from driving for three years.

Victor Cazacu, 32, of Collyer Avenue, Bognor Regis, was fined £390 and must pay £39 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting failing to provide a specimen of breath for analysis when required at Chichester Custody Centre on January 8, 2021. He was disqualified from driving for 12 months.

Atanas Atanasov, 26, of Town Cross Avenue, Bognor Regis, was fined £660 and must pay £190 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after being found guilty of driving without insurance in Rose Green Road, Bognor Regis, on November 20, 2020. His driving record was endorsed with six points.

Ata Lubani, 45, of Whiteways, Bognor Regis, was discharged conditionally for six months and must pay £21 victim surcharge, £300 costs, after admitting using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour or disorderly behaviour with intent to suggest immediate unlawful violence would be used or provoke the immediate use of unlawful violence in Chichester on March 10, 2020; and causing £250 damage to a vehicle in Chichester on March 10, 2020.
