Anthony Farndell, 42, of Aldwick Road, Bognor Regis, was fined £440 and must pay £44 victim surcharge, £90 costs, after being found guilty under the single justice procedure of driving over the 30mph speed limit in Chalcraft Lane, Bognor Regis, on August 22, 2020. His driving record was endorsed with five points.

Mark Griffin, 39, of Broom Field Way, Felpham, was fined £220 and must pay £34 victim surcharge, £90 costs, after being found guilty under the single justice procedure of driving over 70mph on the A27 Arundel on August 27, 2020. His driving record was endorsed with three points.

Patricia Kerr, 71, of Rosemary’s Courtyard, Lamberts Lane, Midhurst, was fined £140 and must pay £34 victim surcharge, £90 costs, after admitting under the single justice procedure driving over the 30mph speed limit on the A286 Lavant on September 10, 2020. Her driving record was endorsed with six points.

Ian Palmer, 57, of The Willows, Ford Road, Ford, was fined £80 and must pay £34 victim surcharge, £90 costs, after admitting under the single justice procedure driving over 70mph on the A27 Hangleton on September 18, 2020. His driving record was endorsed with six points.

Ivan Paskalev, 65, of Kenya House, High Street, Bognor Regis, was fined £660 and must pay £66 victim surcharge, £90 costs, after being found guilty under the single justice procedure of driving without insurance in Nyewood Lane, Bognor Regis, on September 17, 2020. His driving record was endorsed with six points.

Aaron Adams, 21, of Limmer Lane, Bognor Regis, was fined £500 and must pay £50 victim surcharge, £90 costs, after admitting under the single justice procedure driving without insurance in Warren Road, Brighton, on September 4, 2020. His driving record was endorsed with six points.

Jacek Majcher, 46, of High Street, Bognor Regis, was fined £120 and must pay £85 victim surcharge, £34 costs, after admitting drink-driving (64mg of alcohol in 100ml of breath) in Lower Bognor Road, Bognor Regis, on November 29, 2020. He was disqualified from driving for 40 months.

Kye Craughwell, 26, of Ancton Way, Bognor Regis, was fined £53 and must pay £34 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting possessing cannabis and cannabis resin, class B drugs, in Highcroft Avenue, Bognor Regis, on January 14, 2021.

Grzegorz Beier, 33, of Aldwick Road, Bognor Regis, was fined £200 after admitting leaving his home in a Tier 4 area and being in Chichester without reasonable excuse on January 15, 2021. He was fined £80 and must pay £36 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting drink-driving (40mg of alcohol in 100ml of breath) on the A27 Chichester on Janaury 15, 2021. He was disqualified from driving for 14 months. He was fined £80 after admitting driving without insurance.
