She was fined £120 after admitting drug-driving (628ug/l benzoylecgonine) in Chichester Road, Bognor Regis, on May 1, 2020. She was disqualified from driving for 36 months.

Stacey Hale, 32, of Windsor House, Windmill Drive, Tangmere, was fined £120 and must pay £34 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting drug-driving (68ug/l cocaine) in Rowan Way, Bognor Regis, on June 11, 2020. He was disqualified from driving for 12 months. He also admitted two charges of drug-driving (7.0ug/l cocaine and more than 800ug/l benzoylecgonine) in Rowan Way, Bognor Regis, on June 11, 2020; and three charges of drug-driving (not less than 25ug/l cocaine, not less than 3 ug/l Delta-9-THC, and not less than 782ug/l benzoylecgonine) in East Hampnett Lane, Chichester, on May 31, 2020, no separate penalties.

Adam Bell, 57, of Winden Avenue, Chichester, was fined £120 and must pay £34 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting drink-driving (77mg of alcohol in 100ml of breath) in Chichester Road, Bognor Regis, on August 21, 2020. He was disqualified from driving for 18 months. He was also discharged conditionally for 12 months after admitting possessing cocaine, a class A drug, in Bognor Regis on August 21, 2020.

Luke Lloyd, 29, of Baxendale Road, Chichester, was fined £120 and must pay £34 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting drug-driving (10ug/l Delta-9-THC) in Stanhorn Grove, Bognor Regis, on June 8, 2020. He was disqualified from driving for 12 months.

Joshua Edwards, 18, of Harrington House, Nyewood Lane, Bognor Regis, was fined £120 and must pay £34 victim surcharge, £80 costs, after admitting drug-driving (66ug/l benzoylecgonine) in Pevensey Road, Bognor Regis, on June 12, 2020. He was fined £80 after admitting drug-driving (more than 10ug/l Delta-9-THC) in Pevensey Road, Bognor Regis, on June 12, 2020. He was disqualified from driving for 12 months.

Enock Hope, 19, of Westfield, Bognor Regis, was fined £80 and must pay £34 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting drug-driving (more than 800ug/l benzoylecgonine) in Boxgrove Gardens, Bognor Regis, on June 15, 2020. He was disqualified from driving for 12 months.

Phillip Benham, 33, of Neville Road, Chichester, was fined £80 and must pay £32 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting drug-driving (3.1ug/l of a controlled drug, namely B) in Aldermaston Road, Basingstoke, on January 12, 2020. He was disqualified from driving for 12 months. He was also fined £120 after admitting driving without insurance, and he admitted driving without the correct licence, no separate penalty. He was fined £80 after admitting possessing cannabis, a class B drug, in Basingstoke on January 12, 2020. He was fined £40 after admitting wilfully obstructing a police constable in the execution of his duty in Basingstoke on January 12, 2020.

Mark Hallett, 33, of Bronze Close, Bognor Regis, was given a community order with Building Better Relationships programme requirement and must carry out 135 hours’ unpaid work after admitting assault by beating in Tangmere on June 17, 2020; and sending electronic messages conveying a threat to cause distress or anxiety in Tangmere on June 17, 2020. He was also given a restraining order and must pay £100 compensation, £95 victim surcharge, £300 costs.

Harry Smith, 24, of Hangar Drive, Tangmere, was given a community order with rehabilitation activity requirement and must carry out 150 hours’ unpaid work after admitting drug-driving (2.5ug/l Delta-9-THC) in Hangar Drive, Tangmere, on May 6, 2020; drug-driving (6.7ug/l Delta-9-THC) in Nettleton Avenue, Tangmere, on April 29, 2020; and two charges of possessing cannabis, a class B drug, in Hangar Drive, Tangmere, on April 29 and July 17, 2020. He must pay £95 victim surcharge, £250 costs, and was disqualified from driving for three years.

Robert Duberley, 46, of Raleigh Road, Bognor Regis, was fined £660 and must pay £66 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after being found guilty under the single justice procedure of failing to identify a driver when required by Sussex Police at Shoreham on August 9, 2020. His driving record was endorsed with six points.

Thomas Goodyear, 44, of Jevington Close, Worthing, was fined £440 and must pay £44 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after being found guilty under the single justice procedure of driving over the 30mph speed limit in Chalcraft Lane, Bognor Regis, on June 28, 2020. His driving record was endorsed with four points.

Alison Hanna, 56, of Church Lane, Pagham, was fined £130 and must pay £34 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after being found guilty under the single justice procedure of driving over the 30mph speed limit in Chalcraft Lane, Bognor Regis, on June 28, 2020. Her driving record was endorsed with three points.

Richard Masterton, 41, of Robinson Way, Bracklesham Bay, was fined £220 and must pay £34 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after being found guilty under the single justice procedure of using a hand-held mobile phone while driving in Kingsham Road, Chichester, on June 26, 2020. His driving record was endorsed with six points.

Vadim Nikolajev, 21, of Orchard Way, Bognor Regis, was fined £220 and must pay £34 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after being found guilty under the single justice procedure of driving over 70mph on the A27 Hangleton on May 25, 2020. His driving record was endorsed with three points.

Yanko Nikolov, 30, of Selsey Road, Donnington, was fined £660 and must pay £66 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after being found guilty under the single justice procedure of using a vehicle without insurance in St George’s Drive, Chichester, on June 19, 2020. His driving record was endorsed with six points.

Aimee Seabourne, 43, of Hawthorn Way, Billingshurst, was fined £276 and must pay £34 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after being found guilty under the single justice procedure of driving over the 40mph speed limit on the A29 Five Oaks on June 21, 2020. Her driving record was endorsed with four points.

Liviu Sfadu, 24, of Kyoto Court, Bognor Regis, was fined £660 and must pay £66 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after being found guilty under the single justice procedure of failing to identify a driver when required by Sussex Police at Shoreham on May 7, 2020. His driving record was endorsed with six points and he was disqualified from driving for six months due to repeat offending.

John Roberts, 85, of Hambrook Hill North, Hambrook, was fined £384 and must pay £38 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting driving without due care and attention in Common Road, Funtington, on July 1, 2020. His driving record was endorsed with six points.

William Ayres, 47, of Babsham Lane, Bognor Regis, was fined £184 and must pay £34 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting drink-driving (50mg in 100ml of breath) in Main Road, Southbourne, on September 24, 2020. He was disqualified from driving for 14 months. He also admitted driving over the 30mph speed limit in Main Road, Southbourne, on September 24, 2020, no separate penalty.

Leon Denyer, 22, of Stephens Close, Chichester, was given a community order and must carry out 80 hours’ unpaid work after admitting drug-driving (not less than 2.5ug/l Delta-9-THC) in Runcton Lane, Chichester, on March 29, 2020. He was fined £120 after admitting driving without due care and attention in Runcton Lane, Chichester, on March 29, 2020. He must pay £95 victim surcharge, £85 costs, and was disqualified from driving for 24 months. He also admitted driving a vehicle fitted with a pneumatic tyre which had the ply or cord exposed, driving without insurance or an MOT certificate, and failing to stop when required by a police constable, no separate penalties.

Barry Timms, 66, of Magnolia Court, Victoria Drive, Bognor Regis, was given a community order and must carry out 60 hours’ unpaid work after admitting dishonestly failing to promptly notify the DWP of a change in circumstances, namely paid employment, affecting Carers Allowance in Bognor Regis between April 6, 2015, and April 8, 2018.
