Anna Jakiel, 32, of Pinkcoat Close, Feltham, was fined £184 and must pay £32 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after being found guilty under the single justice procedure of driving over the 30mph speed limit in Aldwick Road, Bognor Regis, on March 7, 2020. Her driving record was endorsed with six points.

Joshua Jackman, 31, of Hunston Road, Chichester, was given an eight-week prison sentence, suspended for 12 months, and must carry out 100 hours’ unpaid work after admitting two charges of assaulting an emergency worker, a police officer, by beating in Chichester on August 24, 2020. He must pay a total of £200 compensation, £128 victim surcharge, £85 costs. He also admitted disorderly behaviour while drink in West Street, Chichester, on August 24, 2020, no separate penalty.

Tracy Gordon, 53, of Leominster Road, Portsmouth, was given a community order with rehabilitation activity requirement and must pay £90 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting stealing toiletries, food and clothes worth £1,150 from Sainsbury’s, Rustington, on February 29, 2020; and stealing food, drink and clothing worth £418.60 from Sainsbury’s, Chichester, on March 30, 2020.

Daniel Johnson, 28, of Crossbush Lane, Poling, was fined £150 after admitting breaching supervision requirements following release from prison by failing to keep in touch with his supervisor, failing to reside permanently at an approved address and failing to obtain permission to stay at a different address, and failing to attend an appointment on October 26, 2020.

Gavin Stone, 43, of Fraser House, Green Dragon Lane, Brentford, was fined £138 and must pay £34 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting drink-driving (60mg of alcohol in 100ml of breath) in Richmond Road North, Bognor Regis, on September 27, 2020. He was disqualified from driving for 17 months.

Alan Oakley, 35, of Chertsey Street, Guildford, was fined £120 and must pay £34 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting driving without insurance on the A286 Lavant on September 5, 2020. His driving record was endorsed with eight points. He also admitted driving without the correct licence, no separate penalty.

Clara Dore, 21, of New Parade, East Wittering, was fined £300 and must pay £32 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting drug-driving (not less than 6.3ug/l Delta-9-THC) in Dukes Lane, Fontwell, on April 8, 2020. She was disqualified from driving for 12 months.

Neil Muggeridge, 49, c/o Tanyard Close, Horsham, was fined £120 and must pay £32 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting drink-driving (191mg of alcohol in 100ml of blood) in Stane Street Close, Pulborough, on April 12, 2020. He was disqualified from driving for 46 months.

Robert Waterman, 46, of Jubilee Court, Old Mart, Aboyne, was fined £480 and must pay £100 compensation, £48 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting assault by beating in Petworth on August 23, 2020.

Chantal McLaren, 40, of Hampton Court, Bognor Regis, was given a community order and must carry out 100 hours’ unpaid work after admitting failing to provide a specimen of breath for analysis when required at Worthing Custody Centre on November 4, 2020. She must pay £95 victim surcharge, £85 costs, and was disqualified from driving for 24 months.

Dylan Aylwood, 22, c/o Wick Street, Littlehampton, was given a community order and must carry out 80 hours’ unpaid work after admitting driving while disqualified in Lamorna Gardens, Westergate, on October 26, 2020. He was given a community order and must carry out 40 hours’ unpaid work, to run concurrently, after admitting failing to surrender to custody at Worthing Magistrates’ Court on October 27, 2020. He must pay £95 victim surcharge, £85 costs, and was disqualified from driving for four months. He also admitted driving without insurance, no separate penalty.

Joseph Chantebel, 19, of Harsfold Road, Rustington, was fined £184 and must pay £34 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting drink-driving (58mg of alcohol in 100ml of breath) in Lyminster Road, at Crossbush services, on December 22, 2020. He was disqualified from driving for 15 months.

Nigel Rea, 59, of Church Street, West Chiltington, was fined £461 and must pay £46 victim surcharge, £150 costs, after admitting drink-driving (93mg of alcohol in 100ml of breath) in Church Street, West Chiltington, on July 28, 2020. He was disqualified from driving for 24 months.
