Charlie Palmer, 23, of Kings Close, Lyndhurst, was fined £120 and must pay £32 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting drink-driving (53mg of alcohol in 100ml of breath) in The Esplanade, Bognor Regis, on November 24, 2019. He was disqualified from driving for 13 months. He also admitted failing to surrender to custody at Crawley Magistrates’ Court on July 9, 2020, no separate penalty.

Craig Bailey, 37, of Stephens Way, Three Bridges, was given a community order with Rehabilitation Activity Requirement and must carry out 100 hours’ unpaid work after admitting stealing ten Cadbury Ultimate selection boxes worth £450 from Sainsbury’s, Chichester, on November 14, 2019; stealing nine Cadbury Ultimate selection boxes worth £405 from Sainsbury’s, Chichester, on November 16, 2019; stealing a Travelcard wallet, Mastercard and Oyster card in Chichester on November 16, 2019. He must pay £450 compensation, £90 victim surcharge, £85 costs.

Nazmul Miah, 39, of St James Square, Chichester, was given a community order with Drug Rehabilitation Requirement and must pay £90 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting possessing 5.47g of diamorphine, a class A drug, in Chichester on February 13, 2020.

Christopher Vose, 46, of Windsor Road, Chichester, was given a community order and must carry out 80 hours’ unpaid work after admitting sending an electronic message that was grossly offensive or of an indecent, obscene or menacing character in Chichester between February 1, 2019, and January 31, 2020. He was also given a restraining order and must pay £90 victim surcharge, £85 costs.

Joe Fowler, 24, of Lamorna Grove, Worthing, was discharged conditionally for 18 months after admitting assault by beating in Burpham on February 8, 2020. She was issued with a restraining order and must pay £100 compensation, £21 victim surcharge, £85 costs.

Lewis Kennard, 34, of Oleander Drive, Totton, was fined £440 and must pay £44 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting driving without the correct licence on the A27 Chichester on August 21, 2019. His driving record was endorsed with three points.

Lewis Moore, 27, of Servite Close, Bognor Regis, was given a 12-week prison sentence, suspended for two years, with Rehabilitation Activity Requirement after admitting assault by beating in Bognor Regis on August 5, 2020. He must pay £128 victim surcharge.

Natalia Krenz, 20, of Victoria Drive, Bognor Regis, was given a community order and must carry out 40 hours’ unpaid work after admitting drink-driving (70mg of alcohol in 100ml of breath) at St Richard’s Hospital, Chichester, on May 1, 2020; and taking a vehicle without consent and before it was recovered, having an accident in which damage was caused to a ticket machine and barrier in Chichester on May 1, 2020. She must pay a total of £2,550 compensation and was disqualified from driving for 20 months. She also admitted driving without insurance and driving without the correct licence, no separate penalties.

Russell Carruthers, 43, of Chesterton Avenue, Seaford, was discharged conditionally for 12 months after admitting stealing Lacoste aftershave and a Braun electric shaver worth £463.99 from Boots, Chichester, on December 9, 2019; stealing a handbag worth £150 from TK Maxx, Chichester, on November 4, 2019; and stealing gift sets worth £44 from Boots Chichester, on October 12, 2019.
