Her driving record was endorsed with six points.

Robert Boddy, 49, of Adelaide House, The Fairway, Midhurst, was fined £100 and must pay £32 victim surcharge, £90 costs, after being found guilty under the single justice procedure of driving over the 30mph speed limit in Barnham Road, Barnham, on February 19, 2020. His driving record was endorsed with three points.

Lilian Gorcinschi, 24, of Marshall Avenue, Bognor Regis, was fined £350 and must pay £35 victim surcharge, £90 costs, after being found guilty under the single justice procedure of driving over the 30mph speed limit in Chalcraft Lane, Bognor Regis, on April 15, 2020. Her driving record was endorsed with six points.

Sarah Hull, 43, of Victoria Gardens, Westergate, was fined £40 and must pay £32 victim surcharge, £90 costs, after being found guilty under the single justice procedure of driving over the 30mph speed limit in Barnham Road, Barnham, on February 1, 2020. Her driving record was endorsed with three points.

Bradley Solomon, 48, of Niagara House, Upper Bognor Road, Bognor Regis, was fined £68 and must pay £32 victim surcharge, after being found guilty under the single justice procedure of driving over the 30mph speed limit in Brighton Road, Shoreham, on February 19, 2020. His driving record was endorsed with three points.

Steven Thorpe, 55, of Main Road, Bosham, was fined £440 and must pay £44 victim surcharge, £90 costs, after being found guilty under the single justice procedure of driving over the 30mph speed limit on the A285 Halnaker on April 30, 2020. His driving record was endorsed with six points.

James Dines, 39, of Bedenscroft, Bognor Regis, was fined £38 and must pay £32 victim surcharge after admitting using a hand-held mobile phone while driving in Aldwick Road, Bognor Regis, on August 3, 2019. His driving licence was endorsed with six points and he was disqualified from driving for six months due to repeat offending.

Derek Kent, 55, of Chichester Marina, was fined £660 and must pay £66 victim surcharge, £110 costs, after being found guilty of failing to identify a driver when required by Sussex Police at Shoreham on October 4, 2019. His driving record was endorsed with six points.

Stelian Ungureanu, 23, of Exton Road, Chichester, was fined £660 and must pay £88 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after being found guilty of driving without insurance in Eastland Road, Chichester, on May 22, 2020. He was fined £220 after being found guilty of using a vehicle with a headlamp that was not in good working order, in Eastland Road, Chichester, on May 22, 2020. His driving record was endorsed with six points. He was also found guilty of driving without the correct licence, no separate penalty.

Louca Keenoy, 19, of Campbell Road, Tangmere, was fined £366 and must pay £36 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting driving without due care and attention on the A27 Arundel Road, Walberton, on July 24, 2019. Her driving record was endorsed with five points.

Amy Jones, 28, of The Nurseries, Rose Green, was given a 16-week prison sentence, suspended for 12 months, with rehabilitation activity requirement after admitting breaching a criminal behaviour order by entering Chatsworth Road, Worthing, on March 12, 2020. She was given two 16-week concurrent prison sentences, suspended for 12 months, after admitting breaching a criminal behaviour order by entering Montague Street, Worthing, on February 3 and March 4, 2020. She was given an eight-week concurrent prison sentence, suspended for 12 months, and must pay £52.95 compensation after admitting stealing various meats from The Co-op, Worthing, on April 2, 2020. She was given a two-week concurrent prison sentence, suspended for 12 months, after admitting using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour or disorderly behaviour with intent, causing harassment, alarm or distress at Shoreham Railway Station on March 28, 2020. She was given a 16-week concurrent prison sentence, suspended for 12 months, after admitting breaching a criminal behaviour order by behaving in a disorderly manner at Shoreham Railway Station on March 28, 2020, causing rail staff harassment, alarm and distress. She was given an eight-week consecutive prison sentence, suspended for 12 months, and must pay £38.25 compensation after admitting stealing personal care products worth £38.25 from Sainsbury’s, Goring, on July 7, 2020. She was given an eight-week concurrent prison sentence, suspended for 12 months, and must pay £118.35 compensation after admitting stealing food worth £118.45 from Tesco Express, Littlehampton Road, Worthing, on July 23, 2020. She was given an eight-week concurrent prison sentence, suspended for 12 months, after admitting stealing food worth approximately £200 from Budgens, Hassocks, on July 31, 2020. She was given an eight-week concurrent prison sentence, suspended for 12 months, and must pay £100 compensation after admitting stealing meat worth £100 from The Co-op, Lancing, on July 31, 2020. She was given an eight-week concurrent prison sentence, suspended for 12 months, and must pay £5.50 compensation after admitting stealing a steak worth £5.50 from The Co-op, Goring, on September 1, 2020. She was given three eight-week concurrent prison sentences, suspended for 12 months, and must pay a total of £200.70 compensation after admitting stealing from The Co-op, Broadwater, meat worth £60.70 on September 17, 2020; and meat worth approximately £70 on September 18 and 19, 2020. She also admitted breaching a suspended sentence order. She was fined £660 and must pay £88 victim surcharge, £90 costs, after being found guilty under the single justice procedure of driving without insurance in Goring Road, Goring, on May 18, 2020. She was fined £220 after being found guilty under the single justice procedure of driving without the correct licence in Goring Road, Goring, on May 18, 2020. Her driving record was endorsed with eight points.

Paul Brain, 29, of Whyke Road, Chichester, was fined £40 and must pay £60 costs after admitting breaching a community order by failing to attend appointments on October 8 and 19, 2020.

Andrew Cobb, 56, of Furzefield, West Wittering, was given a community order with rehabilitation activity requirement and must carry out 250 hours’ unpaid work after admitting dishonestly failing to promptly notify the DWP of a change of circumstances affecting Employment Support Allowance, namely earning money for self-employment, in Midhurst between October 1, 2016, and October 12, 2018; dishonestly failing to promptly notify the DWP of a change of circumstances affecting Disability Living Allowance, namely that his capabilities had improved, between November 30, 2016, and November 6, 2019; dishonestly failing to promptly notify Chichester District Council of a change of circumstances affecting Housing Benefit, namely earning money for self-employment, in Midhurst between October 10, 2016, and October 28, 2018. He must pay £85 victim surcharge, £85 costs.

Richard Winch, 39, of Minton Road, Bognor Regis, was given a community order and must carry out 80 hours’ unpaid work after admitting breaching a restraining order by making numerous telephone calls in Yapton between January 17, 2020, and February 15, 2020. He was also given a restraining order and must pay £85 victim surcharge, £85 costs.

Mark Scutt, 45, of Charlotte House, Macklin Road, Bognor Regis, was given a 15-week prison sentence, suspended for 12 months, with Thinking Skills programme requirement and rehabilitation activity requirement, and must carry out 100 hours’ unpaid work after admitting possessing 1.3g of diamorphine, a class A drug, in Bognor Regis on September 6, 2020; and having a lock knife in a public place, Canada Grove, Bognor Regis, on September 6, 2020, without good reason. He must pay £128 victim surcharge, £85 costs.

Toby Pullen, 29, c/o Aldwick Road, Bognor Regis, was given a community order and must carry out 40 hours’ unpaid work after admitting assault by beating in Bognor Regis on August 28, 2020. He must pay £50 compensation, £95 victim surcharge, £85 costs. He also admitted being drug and disorderly in William Hardwick public house, Bognor Regis, on August 28, 2020; and possessing cocaine, a class A drug, in Worthing on August 29, 2020, no separate penalties.

Scott Macfadyen, 45, of Belmont Lodge, Belmont Road, Bognor Regis, was fined a total of £160 and must pay £20 compensation, £34 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting two charges of stealing alcohol worth £16 from The Co-op, Chichester, on July 31, 2020.

Krzysztof Matlewski, 47, of Hawthorn Road, Bognor Regis, was given a community order and must carry out 160 hours’ unpaid work after admitting failing to provide a specimen of breath for analysis when required at Worthing Custody Centre on August 28, 2020. He must pay £95 victim surcharge, £85 costs, and was disqualified from driving for 48 months.

Neil Wilson, 41, of Winterbourne Road, Chichester, was given a community order and must carry out 50 hours’ unpaid work after admitting assault by beating in Chichester on March 14, 2020. He must pay £50 compensation, £90 victim surcharge, £85 costs.

Danny Wood, 31, of Stane Street, Codmore Hill, Pulborough, was fined £120 and must pay £34 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting drink-driving (66mg of alcohol in 100ml of breath) in Canada Road, Arundel, on August 30, 2020. He was disqualified from driving for 36 months.
