Andrei Mardari, 30, of Town Cross Avenue, Bognor Regis, was fined £316 and must pay £34 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting drink-driving (77mg of alcohol in 100ml of breath) in Wellington Road, Bognor Regis, on May 23, 2020. He was disqualified from driving for 20 months.

Vladislav Stasevskij, 24, of Oak Close, Bognor Regis, was fined £346 after admitting drink-driving (52mg of alcohol in 100ml of breath) in The Esplanade, Bognor Regis, on May 25, 2020. He was also fined £346 and must pay £65 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting driving without insurance in The Esplanade, Bognor Regis, on May 25, 2020. He was disqualified from driving for 14 months.

Wojciech Wisniewski, 52, of Amberley Drive, Bognor Regis, was given a community order and must carry out 60 hours’ unpaid work after admitting drink-driving (76mg of alcohol in 100ml of breath) in West Meads Drive, Bognor Regis, on May 22, 2020. He must pay £95 victim surcharge, £85 costs, and was disqualified from driving for 20 months.

Adam Stoneham, 41, of Summerfield Road, West Wittering, was fined £120 and must pay £32 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting drink-driving (52mg of alcohol in 100ml of breath) in Selsey Road, Sidlesham, on March 20, 2020. He was also fined £120 after admitting driving without insurance in Selsey Road, Sidlesham, on March 20, 2020. He was disqualified from driving for 15 months.

Liam Hodges, 24, of Arun Road, Bognor Regis, was discharged conditionally for 18 months and must pay £21 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting resisting a police constable in the execution of his duty in Bognor Regis on November 27, 2019; and assaulting an emergency worker, a police constable, by beating in Littlehampton on November 27, 2019.

Emily Ashcroft, 30, of Nelson Road, Bognor Regis, was given a community order and must carry out 100 hours’ unpaid work after admitting assaulting an emergency worker, a police constable, in Worthing on May 28, 2020. She must pay £50 compensation, £95 victim surcharge, £85 costs.

Colin Foster, 39, of Rock Road, Pulborough, was fined £738 and must pay £73 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting drink-driving (161mg of alcohol in 100ml of blood) in Arundel Road, Patching, on November 21, 2019. He was disqualified from driving for 18 months.

Timothy Gorman, 33, of Dell Close, Waterlooville, was fined £496 and must pay £49 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting drug-driving (3.3ug/l cannabis) on the A272 at Durleighmarsh, near Petersfield, on February 10, 2020. He was disqualified from driving for 12 months. He also admitted possessing cannabis, a class B drug, on the A272 at Durleighmarsh, near Petersfield, on February 10, 2020, no separate penalty.

Kellys Trading Ltd, of Vennetrow Business Park, Runcton, was fined £660 and must pay £66 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting failing to identify a driver when required by police in Shoreham on November 1, 2019.
