His driving record was endorsed with six points.

Terrence Smith, 56, of The Hornet, Chichester, was fined £350 and must pay £35 victim surcharge, £90 costs, after being found guilty under the single justice procedure of driving over 70mph on the A27 Salthill Road Bridge, Chichester, on April 1, 2020. His driving record was endorsed with six points.

Petre Dragus, 24, of Elm Court, Scott Street, Bognor Regis, was fined £660 and must pay £88 victim surcharge, £90 costs, after being found guilty under the single justice procedure of driving without insurance in Mulberry Lane, Worthing, on March 1, 2020. He was fined £220 after being found guilty under the single justice procedure of driving without the correct licence in Mulberry Lane, Worthing, on March 1, 2020. His driving licence was endorsed with eight points and he was disqualified from driving for six months due to repeat offending.

Ashley Martin, 39, of Southgate, Chichester, was given a two-week prison sentence, suspended for 24 months, with Rehabilitation Activity Requirement after admitting breaching a criminal behaviour order by sitting within two metres of a fire exit in Bognor Regis on September 12, 2020. He was given a two-week consecutive prison sentence, suspended for 24 months, after admitting breaching a criminal behaviour order by begging an off-duty PCSO for money in Chichester on October 3, 2020. He was given a one-week concurrent prison sentence, suspended for 24 months, after admitting breaching a criminal behaviour order by stealing meat from Marks & Spencer, Chichester, on October 6, 2020. He was given three two-week consecutive prison sentences, suspended for 24 months, after admitting breaching a criminal behaviour order by asking people for money, at the Alliance and Leicester ATM, Station Road, Bognor Regis, on October 27, 2020; in London Road, Bognor Regis, on October 28, 2020; and in Bedford Street, Bognor Regis, on October 29, 2020. He was given seven two-week consecutive prison sentences, suspended for 24 months, after admitting breaching a criminal behaviour order by having a receptacle on display for receiving money, in Chichester, on September 21, twice on October 7, and on October 8, 2020; in South Street, Chichester, on October 18 and 20, 2020; and in East Street, Chichester, on October 21, 2020. He was given a two-week consecutive prison sentence, suspended for 24 months, after admitting breaching a criminal behaviour order by being aggressive and abusive towards an employee of Total Security Services in Station Road, Bognor Regis, on October 30, 2020. He was fined £20 after admitting failing to surrender to custody at Brighton Magistrates’ Court on October 24, 2020. He also admitted breaching a community order by failing to report for appointments on September 18 and October 6, 2020. The order was varied to include an additional three days’ Rehabilitation Activity Requirement.

Martyn Bushnell, 32, of Belmont Lodge, Belmont Street, Bognor Regis, was fined £50 and must pay £60 costs after admitting breaching a community order by failing to comply with curfew, accruing 5.75 hours of violations between August 15 and 23, 2020, and removing his PID tag on August 21, 2020.

Wayne Kelly, 47, of Clock Walk, Bognor Regis, was fined £40 and must pay £34 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting failing to comply with a community protection notice by being in the company of someone he was prohibited from associating with. He was discharged conditionally for 12 months after admitting possessing diamorphine, a class A drug, in Bognor Regis on July 13, 2020.

Thomas Richardson, 20, of Harbour Way Club, Chichester Road, West Wittering, was fined £230 and must pay £34 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting drink-driving (44mg of alcohol in 100ml of breath) in Chichester Road, Selsey, on August 21, 2020. He was disqualified from driving for 12 months.

Christopher Alderslade, 30, c/o Green Way, Middleton-on-Sea, was fined £100 and must pay £34 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting drink-driving (50mg of alcohol in 100ml of breath) in Warren Way, Barnham, on September 19, 2020. He was disqualified from driving for 36 months.

Joshua Birchall, 24, of Spring Gardens, Washington, was fined £100 and must pay £34 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting drink-driving (82mg of alcohol in 100ml of breath) in Spitalfield Lane, Chichester, on September 16, 2020. He was disqualified from driving for 12 months.

Kyle Findlay, 28, of Charles Avenue, Chichester, was fined £100 and must pay £32 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting being drunk and disorderly in Oving Road, Chichester, on September 18, 2020.

Christopher Glue, 67, of Wheelbarrow Castle, Easebourne, was discharged conditionally for 18 months and must pay £32 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting two charges of using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour or disorderly behaviour with intent, causing harassment, alarm or distress in Wheelbarrow Castle, Easebourne, on July 11, 2020.

Paul Trudgett, 39, of Brighton Road, Lancing, was fined £100 and must pay £34 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting possessing cannabis and cannabis resin in Chichester on September 20, 2020.
