Margaret Snell, 45, of Manor Copse, Bognor Regis, was fined £40 and must pay £32 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting driving over 70mph on the A27 Westbourne on December 11, 2019. Her driving record was endorsed with three points.

Barry Showell, 49, of Ivy Hatch Residential Site, Outwood, was fined £660 and must pay £66 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after being found guilty under the single justice procedure of driving without insurance in Manor Lane, Selsey, on February 16, 2020. His driving record was endorsed with six points.

Nikolay Antonov, 30, of South Downs Holiday Village, Bracklesham Lane, Bracklesham Bay, was fined £220 and must pay £32 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting driving without the correct licence in Bracklesham Lane, Bracklesham Bay, on February 16, 2020. His driving record was endorsed with three points.

Daniel Coman, 34, of Bramber Close, Bognor Regis, was fined £68 and must pay £32 victim surcharge after admitting driving over the 30mph speed limit in Aldwick Road, Bognor Regis, on December 17, 2019. His driving record was endorsed with three points.

Mario Cole, 35, of Manor Place, Bognor Regis, was fined £660 and must pay £66 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting failing to identify a driver when required by Sussex Police in Shoreham on February 28, 2020. His driving record was endorsed with six points.

Jake Harber, 23, of Winston Close, Bognor Regis, was fined £33 and must pay £32 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting driving over the 30mph speed limit on the A259 Marina, Hastings, on November 17, 2019. His driving record was endorsed with three points.

Mario Sallerno, 25, of Flansham Lane, Bognor Regis, was fined £220 and must pay £32 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after being found guilty under the single justice procedure of using a hand-held mobile phone while driving in Nyton Road, Eastergate, on December 1, 2019. His driving record was endorsed with six points.

Antony Shea, 49, of Stroud Green Drive, Bognor Regis, was fined £68 and must pay £32 victim surcharge after admitting driving over the 30mph speed limit in Broadwater Road, Worthing, on December 10, 2019.

Paul Dickenson, 29, of Baffins Lane, Chichester, was fined £120 and must pay £34 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting being drunk and disorderly in Nettleton Avenue, Tangmere, on July 16, 2020.

Stephen Hamblin, 37, of St Nicholas Road, Lavant, was fined £276 and must pay £32 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting driving without due care and attention in Cheesemans Lane, Emsworth, on January 29, 2020. His driving record was endorsed with six points.

Andrew Whitehouse, 28, of Thorney Island, Emsworth, was given a community order with Rehabilitation Activity Requirement and must carry out 50 hours’ unpaid work after admitting sending a voice message conveying a threat to cause distress or anxiety in Thorney Island on May 26, 2020. He must pay £100 compensation, £90 victim surcharge, £85 costs.

Ivan Bull, 31, c/o Kew Gardens, West Meads, was fined £80 and must pay £34 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting breaching a stalking protection order by failing to sign on at Bognor Police Station as required on May 27, June 3 and 10, and July 1, 2020.
