Parked cars damaged in Yapton - Woman charged with drink-driving

A woman has been charged with drink-driving after three cars were damaged in Yapton on Tuesday (October 6), police have said.

According to Sussex Police, three parked cars were damaged in a collision in Downview Road just before 4pm.

Nobody was injured, police confirmed.

A spokesperson added: "Donna Tickner, 54, unemployed, of Burndell Road, Yapton has been charged with driving when alcohol level above limit and using a motor vehicle without third party insurance.

"She was bailed to appear at Worthing Magistrates' Court on January 26."
