Selsey bike theft witness appeal

Sussex Police has released CCTV footage and are appealing for witnesses following a bike theft in Selsey.

On Saturday, August 13, the suspect is seen on CCTV approaching a yellow and grey Carrera road bike outside a Co-op store in Selsey High Street, before riding off on it, according to police.

Police said the owner had popped inside the shop for five minutes and when he came out the bike had gone.

PC Grant Hebblewhite said: “If anyone knows who the suspect is or if you know someone who has come home with a new bike please get in touch with us.”
