VISITORS to Fishbourne Roman Palace this half-term will be able to get hands-on experience of what it was like to live hundreds of years ago.
The palace is holding special activities from February 13-16 to give visitors an idea of what a Roman kitchen and school were like.
Activities will run from 10am-4pm and are included in the admission price.
Head of learning, Suzanne Evans said: “This is a great family day out with many activities to take part in and it is an opportunity to have fun while you learn.
“The activities are suitable for all ages and will be located inside, running throughout the day.
“Visitors can also access the rest of the museum, take a stroll around the replanted formal garden and view the largest collection of early mosaic floors north of Rome. There is also a well-stocked shop and a cafe.”
