Firefighters called to Selsey care home

FIREFIGHTERS were called to a care home in Selsey yesterday (Thursday, November 29) when the cellar flooded.

A crew from Selsey was called to the home in Manor Road shortly after 2.20pm.

The cellar had been affected by around 45cm of water.

A plumber was in attendance and the water level was reduced by firefighters using a submersile pump.

They left the scene at 4pm.
