AN event which brings together fitness and charity will take place next month.
Following the season of goodwill, and new year’s resolutions, personal trainer Olly Hermon-Taylor will host a fitness fundraiser for children’s hospice Chestnut Tree House.
On Thursday, January 16, he will hold a special event at a fitness centre, with speakers on health and fitness.
He wants it to be a ‘double whammy’, raising thousands for charity, and encouraging people to become healthier.
There will be a £10 donation on the door and an auction, with training sessions and health related prizes.
There will also be stalls from local businesses including Balanced Wellness, Whipped & Baked and Manuka Wholefoods.
The event is from 7.30pm until 9.30pm, at Core Results gym in Quarry Lane, Chichester.
