Goodwood teams up with Classics and Sports Car Show
Goodwood has teamed up with the Classics and Sports Car Show to create an unmissable line-up for this year's Live Interview Stage.
The force behind some of the world’s greatest motoring events, such as The Members’ Meeting, Festival of Speed and Goodwood Revival, will be using its wealth of experience to organise a line up like no other for the event, presented by GRR (Goodwood Road and Racing).
With guests set to include legends from across the automotive and motorsport worlds, the stage will be filled with behind the scenes gossip and entertaining anecdotes from all aspects of the industry.
The Classic & Sports Car Show will feature more than 300 of the world’s most prestigious and glamorous classic cars including displays from a selection of the industry’s leading dealers, including DD Classics, Desmond J Smail, Classic Chrome, Classic Motor Cars, Stanley Mann and Vintage & Prestige already confirmed.
Will Kinsman, head of motorsport content at Goodwood, said: “We’re thrilled to be working with our friends at Classic & Sports Car to present the Live Interview Stage at the Classic & Sports Car Show.
“The Alexandra Palace is the perfect setting for the show, and in only its second year, it is already established as a fixture on the classic car calendar.
“We’re looking forward to bringing a host of famous faces to the Live Interview Stage, which we hope will continue to be an entertaining and popular part of the event.”
Broadcaster and commentator Henry Hope-Frost – a familiar voice at both the show and Goodwood – will be hosting the stage, which will run throughout the three-day event.
James Elliott, group editor, Classic & Sports Car magazine said: “The Interview Stage was a popular feature at the inaugural event, with star guests from drivers and team principals to TV personalities drawing large crowds throughout the show.
“With such a prestigious organisation as Goodwood partnering with us this year, we are sure to have a star-studded line-up appealing to visitors of all ages.”
Guests and a stage schedule will be announced in the run up to the event.
The show’s new website also features a range of ticket packages, from general access to a limited number of premium tickets offering everything from fine dining to guided tours of the event.
