LOSING weight, eating healthy and cutting down on alcohol and cigarettes has been made easier with the help of the West Sussex County Council (WSCC) Wellbeing information service.
Christine Field, WSCC’s community wellbeing cabinet member, said: “Now is the time when lots of us have made a New Year’s resolution but might need that nudge to help us take that first step to achieving it or want to find out about what support is available. There is a wealth of support around West Sussex to help residents.”
