Rob Bookham, 38, of Cromwell Road, Southsea, was given a 16-week prison sentence, suspended for 12 months, with Rehabilitation Activity Requirement after admitting committing fraud while working in customer services at CEGA, Chichester, between October 11, 2015, and September 16, 2016, by dishonestly abusing the position on 13 occasions over 11 months, intending to make a £5,505.99 gain for himself. He must carry out 140 hours’ unpaid work and pay £5,505.99 compensation, £115 victim surcharge.

Ian Jones, 36, of Hook Lane, Aldingbourne, was given a community order with Alcohol Treatment Requirement, Rehabilitation Activity Requirement and four-month curfew, electronically monitored, between 7pm and 5.30am, after admitting carrying a 5in butterfly knife in Cex, London Road, Bognor Regis, on December 10, 2016. He must pay £85 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

Lydia Rawlings, 33, of Nappers Wood, Fernhurst, was given a 12-week curfew, electronically monitored, from 7pm to 7am after admitting breaching a community order by failing to attend unpaid work. The order was varied - the unpaid work requirement was removed but the Rehabilitation Activity Requirement will continue.

Christopher Baker, 27, of Farm Close, Hunston, was given a community order and must carry out 100 hours’ unpaid work after admitting two charges of assault by beating in Selsey on January 26, 2017. He must pay £85 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

Liam Hewick, 22, of Corbishley Road, Bognor Regis, was fined £80 and must pay £30 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting possessing one gram of cocaine in Chichester on January 14, 2017.

Charles Hunter, 30, of Newtown Avenue, Bognor Regis, was fined £120 and must pay £30 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting drink-driving (66mg of alcohol in 100ml of breath) in Marine Drive West, Bognor Regis, on January 27, 2017. He was disqualified from driving for three years. He also admitted driving without a licence or insurance, no separate penalties.

Charlie Pulleyblank, 18, of Grosvenor Road, Chichester, was fined £40 and must pay £30 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting disorderly behaviour while drunk in Stockbridge Road, Chichester, on January 28, 2017.

Dean Hetherington, 26, of Chichester Road, Bognor Regis, was given a community order and must carry out 40 hours’ unpaid work after admitting stealing personal items of jewellery in Bognor Regis between September 1, 2016, and October 27, 2016. He must pay £85 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

Alastair Walters, 46, of Gilbert Road, Chichester, was fined £40 and must pay £30 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting disorderly behaviour while drunk in Gilbert Road, Chichester, on January 30, 2017.

Robert Wolinski, 38, of Lyon Street, Bognor Regis, was fined £40 and must pay £30 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting disorderly behaviour while drunk in Lyon Street, Bognor Regis, on January 30, 2017.

Duane Carroll, 40, of Croft Mead, Chichester, was given a community order with 12-week curfew, electronically monitored, between 6.30pm and 6.30am, after admitting failing to promptly notify the DWP of a change, namely remarrying, affecting Widowed Parents Allowance between May 25, 2014, and March 17, 2016. He must pay £85 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

Natasha Kilcline, 34, of Bishop Luffa Close, Chichester, was fined £200 and must pay £100 compensation, £30 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting assaulting a police constable in the execution of her duty in College Lane, Chichester, on December 25, 2016. She also admitted disorderly behaviour while drunk in Chichester on December 25, 2016, no separate penalty.

David Hall, 43, of Sea Lane, Pagham, was fined £190 after admitting possessing cocaine in Bognor Regis on July 10, 2016. He was fined £256, must pay £30 victim surcharge, £85 costs, and had his driving record endorsed with six points after admitting driving without insurance in Upper Bognor Road, Bognor Regis, on July 10, 2016. He was fined £126 after admitting possessing cannabis in Upper Bognor Road, Bognor Regis, on July 10, 2016.

Richard Tope, 59, of The Willows, Linden Road, Bognor Regis, was discharged conditionally for 12 months and given a restraining order after being found guilty of harassment, sending text messages between April 23, 2016, and August 30, 2016, and making a phone call on June 11, 2016, after being told not to by police. He must pay £20 victim surcharge and £620 costs.
