Alexander Blackmore, 34, of Bayford Road, Littlehampton, was given an 18-week prison sentence, suspended for 12 months, with Rehabilitation Activity Requirement after being found guilty of using a false prescription with intent to have a larger amount of diasepam dispensed than was prescribed in Bognor Regis on June 8, 2016; and admitting stealing champagne worth £66 from Marks and Spencer, Chichester, on December 2, 2016; stealing a gift set worth £75 from Boots, Bognor Regis, on November 16, 2016; stealing gift sets worth £75 from Boots, Bognor Regis, on November 18, 2016; and stealing a £49.99 coat from New Look, Chichester, on December 2, 2016. He was given a two-week consecutive prison sentence, suspended for 12 months, after admitting stealing alcohol and groceries worth £215.68 from Tesco, Petersfield, on January 20, 2017. He must pay £115 victim surcharge and £150 costs.

Annette Armstrong, 55, of Mill Road, Slindon Common, was given a community order and must carry out 150 hours’ unpaid work, after admitting producing a quantity of cannabis in Arundel on November 12, 2016. She must pay £85 victim surcharge, £85 costs.

Chelsea Crawt, 23, of Carpenters Meadow, Pulborough, was given a community order with Mental Health Treatment Requirement and Rehabilitation Activity Requirement after admitting stealing clothing, make up and electrical goods worth £625.45 from TK Maxx, Chichester, on October 3, 2016. She must pay £85 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

Gavin Walters, of Osborne Way, Bognor Regis, was fined £150 and a community order made on June 14, 2016, was revoked as it was no longer workable.

Elzbieta Linke, 53, of Victoria Drive, Bognor Regis, was discharged conditionally for 12 months and must pay £20 victim surcharge after admitting stealing a coat worth £5.50 from St Wilfrid’s Hospice shop, Bognor Regis, on February 2, 2017.

Scott Settle, 30, of Lucking Lane, Middleton, was given a community order with 16-week curfew, electronically monitored, from 9pm to 6am, and must pay £85 victim surcharge, after admitting being concerned in the production of cannabis in Bognor Regis on December 14, 2016.

Craig Stapleton, 22, of Middleton Gardens, Tangmere, was fined £280 and must pay £30 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting drug-driving (307ug/L MDMA) in Yapton Road, Yapton, on December 25, 2016. He was disqualified from driving for 12 months.

William Carey, 70, of Pryors Lane, Bognor Regis, was fined £250 and must pay £30 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting drink-driving (83mg of alcohol in 100ml of breath) in Bognor Regis on February 4, 2017. He was disqualified from driving for 21 months.

Steve Keningale, 34, of The Close, Ifold, was fined £40 and must pay £30 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting driving on the B32133 Loxwood on July 4, 2016, without due care and attention. His driving record was endorsed with five points.

Harry Pluck, 28, of Hatherleigh Gardens, Bognor Regis, was fined £276 and must pay £30 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting drug-driving (8.0ug/L Delta-9-THC) on the A27 Fishbourne on December 13, 2016. He was disqualified from driving for 12 months.

Rachel Searle, 50, of Argyle Road, Bognor Regis, was discharged conditionally for 12 months and must pay £20 victim surcharge, £775 costs, after being found guilty of selling alcohol at The Seafish Café, Bognor Regis, on September 16, 2016, other than in accordance with an authorisation issued under the Licensing Act 2003.

John Corrie, 49, of Fir Tree Way, Bognor Regis, was fined £266 and must pay £68.66 compensation, £30 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting stealing meat worth £68.66 from Sainsbury’s, Bognor Regis, on December 29, 2016.

Gillian Leggatt, 56, of Shirley Close, Rustington, was given a community order with Rehabilitation Activity Requirement and must pay £85 victim surcharge, after admitting stealing items worth £59.35 from Marks and Spencer, Chichester, on February 9, 2017.

Dr Peyman Alam, 49, of Caspian Close, Fishbourne, was fined £60 and must pay £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting driving over the 30mph speed limit in Broadwater Road, Worthing, on October 27, 2015. His driving record was endorsed with three points.
