Michal Kason, 25, of Holly Court, Bognor Regis, was given a community order and must carry out 120 hours’ unpaid work after admitting assaulting a police constable in Bognor Regis on February 24, 2017. He must pay £250 compensation, £85 victim surcharge and £85 costs. He also admitted disorderly behaviour while drunk in Hawthorn Road, Bognor Regis, on February 24, 2017.

Jay Page, 33, of Clydebank Road, Portsmouth, was given a community order with six-week curfew, electronically monitored, from 8pm to 7am, and Rehabilitation Activity Requirement after admitting stealing kitchenware worth £119 from Lakeland, Chichester, on January 27, 2017; stealing a £5 gift bag from Paperchase, Chichester, on January 27, 2017; stealing an electric razor and razor blades worth £231.06 from Boots, Chichester, on September 26, 2016; stealing an electric razor worth £329.99 from Boot, Chichester, on October 7, 2016. He must pay £85 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

Ashley Cooper, 26, of Phoenix Court, Lyon Street West, Bognor Regis, was fined £300 and must pay £30 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting being in charge of a vehicle in Spencer Street, Bognor Regis, while over the drink-drive limit (90mg of alcohol in 100ml of breath). She was disqualified from driving for 56 days.

Gary Edwards, 28, of Fletcher Place, North Mundham, was fined £120 and must pay £30 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting disorderly behaviour while drunk in South Street, Chichester, on February 27, 2017. He was fined £100 after admitting possessing cocaine in Chichester on February 27, 2017, and fined £80 after admitting possessing cannabis in Chichester on February 27, 2017.

Abigail Foulds, 22, of Ellanore Lane, West Wittering, was given a community order and must carry out 80 hours’ unpaid work after admitting drink-driving (106mg of alcohol in 100ml of breath) on the A259 Chichester on February 8, 2017. She must pay £85 victim surcharge, £85 costs, and was disqualified from driving for 24 months.

Daniel Strong, 30, of Down Close, Midhurst, was fined £140 and must pay £30 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting drink-driving (138mg alcohol in 100ml of blood) in Town Lane, Goodwood, on January 21, 2017. He was disqualified from driving for 14 months.

Tyler Bartholomew, 30, of Chichester Road, Bersted, was fined £180 and must pay £30 victim surcharge, £620 costs, after being found guilty of drink-driving (60mg of alcohol in 100ml of breath) in Chichester Road, Bersted, on October 28, 2016. They were disqualified from driving for 17 months. They were also discharged conditionally for six months after being found guilty of possessing ketamine in Chichester on October 28, 2016.

Brian White, 70, of Belmont Street, Bognor Regis, was discharged conditionally for 18 months and must pay £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting assault by beating in Bognor Regis on February 12, 2017.

Joanna Crowley, 44, of Applegate Way, Bognor Regis, was fined £120 and must pay £30 victim surcharge, £100 costs, after admitting drug-driving (105ug/l cocaine) in Collyer Avenue, Bognor Regis, on July 30, 2016. She was disqualified from driving for 18 months. She was fined £120 after admitting drug-driving (129 MDMA) in Collyer Avenue, Bognor Regis, on July 30, 2016. She also admitted drug-driving (800ug/l benzoylecgonine) in Collyer Avenue, Bognor Regis, on July 30, 2016, no separate penalty.
