This year’s event, the seventh, was the biggest and best ever.

It was also a spectacular, with the traditional ‘snow’ cascading from the front of the historic townhouse which houses Chichester’s premier, multi-award-winning salon and attracting the attention of passers-by.

Tickets are so sought-after that the first one was sold back in March.Demonstrations and workshops were held on every floor of the beautiful old building and this year the focus was on styling solutions, trade secrets and top tips.

Consultants were there from premier brands Moroccan Oil, Paul Mitchell, GHD and Olaplex.

On the beauty side, demonstrations included hot stones massage, make-up and a Clarins’ workshop on top beauty products.

“It was a brilliant evening, the best we have ever had and a lovely way to celebrate the fantastic year we have had,” said Dawn Lawrence, Q’s managing director. “A lot of the guests are regulars so it has become a real social gathering where people really enjoy getting together again and this year we had some new guests as well who thought it was a fabulous evening.”
