Manhunt on for criminal who absconded from Ford prison

James Russell, 27, is local to Crawley and has numerous connections there.

Russell is described as white, 5ft 6in, of large build, with short brown hair and hazel coloured eyes.

The public are urged not to approach him if he is spotted, but to call 999 immediately, Sussex Police said.

Anyone with any information about him can email [email protected] or call 101 quoting serial 260 of 13/11.
