Mystery new '˜leisure facility' could be coming to Chichester
Speculation has begun following a plan for an unknown '˜leisure facility' at Chichester City Gates.
An application has been submitted to Chichester District Council for a change of use at the empty site between MFA Bowl and The Gatehouse Wetherspoons from a restaurant and bar to a proposed leisure facility.
The plan also looks to include a new mezzanine floor and external elevation alterations.
Documents in the application do not state what facility could be taking over the site.
