THERE was a special dance show at North Mundham Village Hall on Friday, July 27.
Sandra Lilly, 69, and her tap and ballet class put on the performance – a culmination of months of practice.
The dancers’ ages varied from 50 to 92, with three of them in their 80s.
The classes normally run between 9.30am-11.30am on Fridays and people come from Chichester, Bognor Regis and Petersfield to learn.
Speaking of the lessons, Sandra said: “It’s good exercise and good brain work.
“One audience member at the show even said ‘you should have been at the opening of the Olympics’.”
There is now a break before lessons resume on September 7, when practice for a Christmas show will begin.
