Important issue
Family planning is a base of the NHS: many health problems, including mental health, can follow if family planning guidance at a socially-acceptable and accessible centre is not available.
Such care is best given by highly-trained staff in the relative privacy of a special and central clinic with out-of-hours opening times.
Any child born untimely involves enormous expense to the whole community over many years.
