‘Amazing’ Chichester care team working round the clock to help vulnerable

In these incredibly challenging times, I would like to extend my heartfelt thanks to our amazing care and support workers who are working around the clock to care for elderly or otherwise vulnerable customers in their own homes.

Carers the length and breadth of the country go above and beyond every day and I think it’s important to highlight the vital role they play in delivering care and reducing social isolation – whatever the circumstances.

We’ve heard about so many acts of kindness within our own business, including team members who are working with the local community to find jobs for those that are being financially affected by the pandemic.

Covid-19 is creating increased demands for our services, whilst exacerbating staff shortages as care and support workers find themselves having to self-isolate. However, the professionalism, composure and selflessness that our employees are showing   is second to none and I am proud to work alongside them.
