Restrictions are a waste of money
CDC are wasting money on restricting dog walking in harbour when they are supposed to be cutting back on costs.
I am a member of Sussex Ornithological Society so very keen to protect the harbour birds, but when I have walked the path by Fishbourne Channel, it is the wildfowlers shooting at the birds that scare them – not the odd dog walker on the adjacent paths.
Overall I would just rather see CDC spend money on home help rather than dog wardens checking the length of dog leads.
The council is barmy!
