Pair's marathon mission for Bognor's defibrillator
Two runners will take on the London Marathon next month to raise money for the town's new defibrillator.
Tone Zone runners Claire Baker and Paul Wells are hoping to raise £2,000 for the installation of the lifesaving piece of equipment, which is being purchased by the Bognor Lions for the high street.
Paul, an Arun District Councillor for Bognor, said: “The marathon is in a few weeks so we have a very short window to raise some money but any donation is welcome.
“We know there’s a defibrillator outside the Regis Centre and it’s great that there will soon be one in the town centre too if ever it’s needed in an emergency.”
