Chichester Cathedral’s young choristers got to enjoy some ‘pancake practice’ in their choir rehearsal.

The boys, aged 8 to 12, have a pancake party for every Shrove Tuesday and enjoyed their special practise at their rehearsals on Sunday.

Chichester Cathedral is the Mother Church of the Diocese of Chichester, which almost exactly covers the counties of East and West Sussex and the City of Brighton and Hove, stretching for nearly a hundred miles along the south coast of England and its choristers come from all over the area.

They were not the only ones to be enjoying some pancake fun this week with community groups and preschools among those holding pancake-themed events.
