The mother of two will be also joined by her favourite fitness influencers live on social media to raise greater awareness and funds for the YoungMindsUK charity.

Steff said: “2020 has been a year we will never forget and one that has had a huge impact on everyone’s mental health.

"Fitness has always played a part in my life and it was my saviour during lockdown. As a mum of two girls, I am passionate about being a role model to younger people on the benefits of exercise to your physical and mental health."

“By doing this challenge in the window of Sweaty Betty, I hope to inspire and encourage people young and old that getting sweaty and bashing out even just 20 burpees and 20 squats every day will make you feel amazing!”
