Gill Powell-Jones, owner of Earth Seed to Bloom, in Fisher Lane, submitted a detailed description of her business – including the range available and services offered as well as images of its premises, design work, team and even the delivery vehicle – which was assessed by industry experts.

Gill said: “We are delighted to be accepted into the Good Florist Guide.

“We are passionate about flowers, design, quality and the service we give to each of our customers, so it is wonderful to have this recognised.

“What’s special about my business is that I provide a personal service – I make every bouquet to order and deliver the flowers myself.

“I go out of my way to help and I am currently creating flower arrangements following all the precautionary guidelines and making contactless deliveries due to Covid.”
