Tyler, a St Anthony’s School student, shaved his hair off on Thursday, 40 years to the day since his great-grandmother Betty died.

The 13-year-old, who lives in Hampden Place with his grandmother Mandy Turner, wrote on his fundraising page, Tyler said: “I’m not sure I like my new look, but very proud to have raised such a lot of money – thank you to everyone who sponsored me.”
