PICTURES: Chichester hosts this year's poppy appeal launch
Parades, the city band and a '˜Field of Remembrance' were all part of the launch of this year's poppy appeal.
On Saturday, October 29, Chichester Branch Royal British Legion hosted the county launch, including a parade through the city centre.
Poppy launch organiser, Paul Gaffney, said: “Proceeds from the stall and a street collection raised £2,176.96 on the day, an amazing figure which reflects the generosity of the people in Chichester on Saturday.”
