THE LARGEST single housing plan to affect the area in years will be discussed on Monday.
There is a public briefing at Chichester District Council’s headquarters on 750 homes planned for land at Whitehouse Farm – the site is earmarked for a total of 1,600 homes in the next few decades.
The council said members of the public, including community and interest groups, were invited to attend.
“Following presentations by the applicant and development management officers, Chichester District Council members and the public will be able to ask questions,” said a spokeswoman.
The briefing is at 11.15am in the council chamber at East Pallant House. The planning application for the site is CC/14/04301/OUT
The planned homes, west of Chichester, are highlighted in the council’s local plan.
