GUESTS at the Hilton Avisford Park Hotel in Walberton are being urged to make their coppers count and create a cash boost for disadvantaged children.
The hotel is taking part in the Small Change, Big Difference fundraising scheme which runs from now until December. The scheme is simple and works by asking guests to add an extra pound onto their room bill during the stay.
Manager Darren Walsh said: “This is a wonderful campaign and one that I hope our generous guests will support once again.
“It’s amazing to see that such a simple idea has already raised so much to help Hilton in the Community Foundation ensure that disadvantaged children receive the support that they need.
“Through this fantastic initiative small change really can add up to make a real difference to children’s lives.”
The campaign has supported a range of charities including the Sussex Snowdrop Trust and Winston’s Wish.
