Temporary traffic lights near Chichester set to stay for another two weeks

Nightmare traffic signals causing delays of up to half an hour are set to remain for another two weeks.

Commuters faced frustration after an extra thirty minutes was added to their journey this morning, due to multi-way signals along the B2178 on Funtington Road and Old Broyle Road.

Work started last Friday to overlay existing electricity cables as part of network upgrade in area, between Salthill Road and Hunters Race.

However, these delays can be expected to last for a few more weeks, with the temporary traffic lights remaining until April 28.
