PEOPLE are being asked to share their enthusiasm and skills by volunteering just a little of their spare time.
The Volunteer Centre in Chichester is looking for people to help deserving causes across the district.
Potential helpers do not need any particular skills and do not need to give huge amounts of time.
Among the organisations looking for some support is Tupenny Barn Organics in Southbourne.
The two-acre certified organic smallholding and education centre has vacancies for gardeners and volunteers with marketing and legal experience.
Voluntary Community Action Chichester District (VCACD) is also looking for someone to help with a new website called Skill Share West Sussex.
It will advertise volunteer vacancies of between one and ten days.
A helpful person who is familiar with websites is needed to assist in managing the site.
The Children’s Society is looking for a retail assistant in their shop based in South Street, Chichester.
Full training will be provided.

he Centre also runs weekly drop-in sessions at the New Park Community Information Centre in Chichester each Tuesday from 10am to 2pm.
