The pub also boasts a bed
and breakfast.

Sam, who has worked in the trade all his life, was delighted with the acknowledgement.

“It’s a great bit of recognition for the fantastically hard-working team both in the kitchen and in the restaurant,” said Sam.

“The kitchen team is led by our head chef Mark Robinson while the restaurant is managed by Ben Beard and Gemma Owens.

“Going forward we will continue working with all our amazing local growers, producers and farmers so
that we can keep creating and serving the best, most local, most honest, and most sustainable food we can.

great West Sussex location with a hard-working, passionate and loyal team who promote and believe in what we do.”
