TRAVEL: Gridlock reported around Chichester
Traffic around Chichester has been described as 'gridlock' this evening.
Chichester bypass is showing 'severe' delays of 13 minutes and increasing at Stockbridge roundabout with an average speed five mph.
It follows issues earlier today as a result of a diversion New Park Road due to tree works to improve street lighting.
