UPDATE: Delays continue after traffic lights fail in Chichester

Delays remain in Chichester after traffic light failure near the A27.

According to reports, broken traffic lights have caused queuing traffic westbound at the Bognor Road roundabout.

Highways England have been contacted to comment on the problem but are yet to responded.
