Disruption to railway services after person hit by train at East Croydon
All Sussex railways lines passing through East Croydon have been disrupted after a person was hit by a train in East Croydon this morning.
Southern Rail confirmed the news in a tweet which read: “It is with great sadness that we report a person has been hit by a train at East Croydon.
“All lines are disrupted whilst the emergency services work to deal with this incident.”
Trains may be delayed or cancelled until approximately 8.45am, a spokesman said.
