People taken to hospital after crash in Sidlesham

TWO people had to be take to hospital after a car accident in Sidlesham yesterday (Sunday, June 12).

The crash took place just after 3.10pm along the B2145 and involved two cars.

One male was freed from one of the cars by ambulance paramedics.

West Sussex Fire and Rescue Service released a further two people using hydraulic rescue equipment and they were taken to hospital.

Firefighters from Selsey and Chichester spent an hour at the scene and police also attended.
