Two pedestrians taken to hospital after East Ashling collision

Two men have been taken to hospital this morning following a collision in East Ashling, according to Sussex Police.

At 7.55am a car collided with two pedestrians on the B2178, police said.

Both men were taken to St Richards Hospital at Chichester to be treated for minor cuts and bruises, police confirmed.

A police spokesperson said one of the men was a motorcyclist who had just come of his bike on a patch of ice, and the other man was passing driver who had stopped to help him move the bike off the road.
