University of Chichester’s student bars voted the best bar none

Student union bars at the University of Chichester have been named as the best in the country for their work in promoting safe drinking and student wellbeing.

The Zee Bars, situated at the Chichester and Bognor Regis campuses, outshone more than 50 other UK universities to top the national Best Bar None awards.

Judges from the scheme gave a score of 100 per cent following an anonymous visit.

John Williams, from the students’ union, said: “It is great to receive recognition as the best in the country for looking after our students.
