THE FOLLOWING are court results for Chichester and Worthing magistrates’ courts from August 17 to 21.

William Douglas, 59, of Hurst Park, Midhurst, was given a community order with a 16-week curfew from 7pm to 7am, electronically monitored, after being found guilty of assault by beating between December 26 and 27, 2014, and assault by beating on December 11, 2014. He was also given a restraining order and must pay £50 compensation, £60 victim surcharge, £625 costs.

Adrian Duffy, 29, of Sussex Court, Bognor Regis, was given a community order and must pay £60 victim surcharge, £620 costs, after admitting producing 20 plants of herbal cannabis at Westbourne on August 7, 2014, and possessing a quantity of cannabis at Westbourne on August 7, 2014.

Graham Troup, 39, of Shore Road, East Wittering, was given a 20-week prison sentence, suspended for 12 months, and must pay £80 victim surcharge, £500 costs, £520 criminal courts charge, after admitting using threatening words or behaviour in Chichester on June 6, 2015. He was also given two 20-week prison sentences, suspended for 12 months, to run concurrently, and must pay a total of £200 compensation after admitting assault by beating and being found guilty of assaulting a police constable on June 6, 2015. He also admitted failing to surrender to custody, no separate penalty.

Rolandas Babris, 32, of Stoanage Close, Bognor Regis, was given a community order and must carry out 150 hours’ unpaid work after admitting assault by beating on July 5, 2015. He must pay £60 victim surcharge, £85 costs and £150 criminal courts charge.

Olegs Zapolskis, 29, of Fontwell Avenue, Eastergate, was fined £265 and must pay £27 victim surcharge, £85 costs, £150 criminal courts charge after admitting using threatening words or behaviour in Lancing on July 30, 2015.

Robert Jenkins, 40, of Mill Lane, Cocking, was fined £460 and must pay £46 victim surcharge, £85 costs, £150 criminal courts charge, after admitting failing to provide a specimen of breath when required on July 30, 2015. He was disqualified from driving for 16 months.

Joshua Osborne, 24, of Velyn Avenue, Chichester, was discharged conditionally for 12 months and must pay £15 victim surcharge, £85 costs, £150 criminal courts charge, after admitting possessing 6.42g of cannabis.

Benjamin Wasley, 38, of The Boulevard, Bersted, was fined £345 and must pay £35 victim surcharge, £85 costs, £150 criminal courts charge, after admitting drink-driving (118mg of alcohol in 100ml of breath) on the A27 Fontwell on August 2, 2015. He was disqualified from driving for 27 months.

Jonathan Luxton, 43, of Collyer Avenue, Bognor Regis, was discharged conditionally for 18 months after being found guilty of assault by beating on January 3, 2015. He was given a restraining order and must pay £15 victim surcharge, £400 costs.

Emma Cole, 28, of Yarbrook, Lavant, was fined £400 and must pay £40 victim surcharge, £85 costs, £150 criminal courts charge, after being found guilty of driving over the 30mph limit on the A286 Lavant on April 14, 2015. His driving record was endorsed with six points.

Alec Pearce, 23, of Church Way, Singleton, was fined £600 and must pay £60 victim surcharge, £620 costs, after being found guilty of driving without insurance in Hove on May 25, 2014. He was disqualified from driving for six months.

Stephen Wright, 45, of Sadler Street, Bognor Regis, was fined £200 after being found guilty of driving without a licence in Ferry Road, Littlehampton, on April 28, 2015. He was also fined £600 and must pay £60 victim surcharge, £85 costs, £150 criminal courts charge, after being found guilty of driving without insurance. His driving record was endorsed with six points.

Claire Savery, 46, of Birdham Road, Chichester, was fined £600 and must pay £60 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after being found guilty of driving without insurance in East Street, Littlehampton, on March 26, 2015. Her driving record was endorsed with six points.

Christopher Langdon, 52, of Shore Road, East Wittering, was fined £600 and must pay £60 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after being found guilty of failing to identify a driver when required by police. His driving record was endorsed with six points.

Kelly Latimer, 45, of Ash Grove, Bognor Regis, was fined £110 and must pay £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs, £150 criminal courts charge after admitting drink-driving (83mg of alcohol in 100ml of breath) in Tesco car park, Shripney Road, Bognor Regis, on August 4, 2015. She was disqualified from driving for 17 months.

Emil Marin, 28, of Longford Road, Bognor Regis, was fined £190 and must pay £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs, £150 criminal courts charge after admitting drink-driving (79mg of alcohol in 100ml of breath) in Shripney Road, Bognor Regis, on August 5, 2015. He was also fined £190 for driving without insurance and fined £63 for driving without a licence. He was disqualified from driving for 17 months.

Anthony Marriner, 66, of Fontwell Avenue, Eastergate, was fined £153 and must pay £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs, £150 criminal courts charge, after admitting drink-driving (43mg of alcohol in 100ml of breath) in Arun Retail Park, Shripney Road, Bognor Regis, on August 3, 2015. His driving record was endorsed with ten penalty points.

Stephen Surin, 37, of Hambrook Hill South, Hambrook, was fined £200 and must pay £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs, £150 criminal courts charge, after admitting possessing cannabis in Chichester on July 19, 2015.
