I feel I needed to write to thank you for the tickets the Aldingbourne Country Centre won recently in the competition in the Chichester Observer for tickets to the Real Ale and Jazz Festival in Priory Park.
My colleagues and I were very pleased to have won them and we awarded them to two of our clients who both have a learning disability, Rachel Kane and Vicky Mearns, to acknowledge their hard work in the Aldingbourne Country Centre’s café.
Vicky and Rachel both work very hard in the café and they take great pride in delivering excellent customer service and are always willing to work extra shifts.
They were delighted with their prize and got all glammed up for a Friday night out!
They had a great night at the Dictionary of Soul event – Vicky said ‘it was great a brilliant night, all the bands were excellent’.
And Rachel gave it the double thumbs-up.
Vicki and Rachel fully deserved this award for all their efforts and hard work, and for their positive attitude towards helping others – and I know they made the most of this opportunity to party at Chichester’s biggest and best festival.
I am very grateful to the Chichester Observer for making this experience possible.
If you would like to know more about the Aldingbourne Country Centre and visit Rachel or Vicky in the café then visit www.aldingbournetrust.co.uk for more details.
Thanks once again
