Company deserves to prosper

I grumble often about the poor service offered by many modern retailers, so I am pleased to be able to praise Chi Beds of Bosham.

Some weeks ago my husband and I ordered twin beds from this company.

On Monday, June 11, as you reported in the Observer, its showroom suffered a devastating flood.

Yet, on Friday, June 15, our beds were delivered, in perfect condition, on the agreed date and bang on the appointed time.

Two very courteous men installed them and within half-an-hour our new beds were ready for use.

We hope this company recovers from its setbacks and that it continues to prosper as it deserves.
