I have recently learned of the situation facing the traders in Little London Walk and am appalled.
It has been bought by PMB Holdings and Mr de Lisle, who is the director in charge of this enterprise, seems prepared to wait until 2020, when the present leases run out, before he pounces.
In the meantime, there is a rattling hole in the heart of Chichester.
When he gains full possession it is suggested he plans to redevelop and instal a single American clothes store; downgrading rather than raising the development.
I have to question Mr de Lisle’s vision.
Has he not observed Chichester is already awash with clothes shops?
Peter Beckwith heads PMB Holdings and gives generously to charitable causes.
It seems a pity he should be associated with this disappointing development.
